Employee Savings Plan - 403(b)Pre-tax contributions receive a discretionary employer match of 50% of the first 4% of employee deferred savings per pay period. Employer contributions for participants hired on or after 11/1/2011are subject to a 5-year graded vesting schedule.

*Benefit-eligible employees are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per pay period.
