Medical Director for Neighborhood Health
This position is appointed by and responsible to the Hospice Director as the Medical Director of Neighborhood Hospice and Palliative Care Program. The Medical Director is charged with providing medical leadership in all areas relating to the clinical operations including the Inpatient Hospice Unit. The Medical Director is responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures; supervising advance practice nurse practitioners. Making home visits to patients in the community. Full Time position. Must be Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care.
