FT - This position will work primarily in the community - bridging strong partnerships and relationships with all physician practice offices, throughout the agency';s service territory. Medical Director for Neighborhood Health
This position is appointed by and responsible to the Hospice Director as the Medical Director of Neighborhood Hospice and Palliative Care Program. The Medical Director is charged with providing medical leadership in all areas relating to the clinical operations including the Inpatient Hospice Unit.
