Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) occurs when the heart abruptly and unexpectedly stops. Without emergency assistance, Sudden Cardiac Arrest can lead to death in a matter of minutes. It can happen to men and women, at any age and at any time. Being prepared is what is important.
Learn from our panel of experts how to recognize, develop and apply lifesaving techniques in response to Sudden Cardiac Arrest and other Cardiac Emergencies.
For your convenience a vendor area will be set up both before and after the program for you to receive training in Hands-Only CPR, attend a demonstration of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) and interact with hospital staff members. See the schedule below for vendor and presentation times.
