Recognizing that heart disease often goes undiagnosed in many populations, The CardioVascular Center, in concert with health and wellness programming found at The Chester County Hospital, has developed a comprehensive education and prevention initiative called Heart Tracks.
Heart Tracks is a comprehensive screening and education program that assesses your risk for heart disease. Includes screening for Cholesterol, HDL, glucose, blood pressure, Body Composition (Body Mass Index (BMI) and Percent Body Fat), Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) for vascular screening, plus an assessment of your risk for developing heart disease in the next ten years. Each participant receives a personal healthcare plan and explanation of results.
