If you have high blood pressure, cholesterol or weight, a family history of heart disease or diabetes, or you just want to learn how to adopt more healthful habits, you might need some guidance to reduce these risk factors. You can do it, and we can help you. Here is exactly what you need to know and ideas on how to get started. Light dinner will be served.
Fee: $15 for dinner and materials.

Special presentations on a variety of wellness related topics are offered on the Hospital campus and at various community sites throughout the year. Topics are selected to provide a broad array of subjects including "hot topics" in the news and ways to manage specific health conditions. Lectures and special events offer the opportunity to meet our medical and allied health professional staff and learn about hospital services of interest to you.
