This educational program is for women who are pregnant and develop diabetes during pregnancy. During sessions, the patient receives a blood glucose meter and an individualized meal plan.

All patients must have a prescription from their doctor to receive diabetes education services. Most services are covered by insurance, however, all patients are asked to verify coverage with their insurance provider.

Registration is required.
