Our individualized services include supervised exercise training, nutritional counseling, stress management, and risk factor reduction. Whether you';ve experienced a heart attack, heart disease, open heart surgery or interventional treatment (including stents or balloon angioplasty), you can be sure that you will be taking part in a rehabilitation program designed to meet your specific condition and unique needs.

The rehabilitation staff includes nurses, exercise physiologists and dietitians. This multi-disciplinary team of medical specialists combines modern exercise techniques and equipment with thorough counseling and education to instruct participants in safe cardiovascular conditioning for a lifetime of heart-healthy living.
Upon graduation from our cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation programs, patients are encouraged to continue their exercise regime with supervision at a health and fitness center.
