Jennifer Akins, MD, FACOG
Dr. Akins completed her undergraduate training at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and received her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at the Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Akins is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her special areas of expertise include Obstetrics, Gynecology, Laparoscopic Surgery, and Menopause. Dr. Akins practices in West Chester and Kennett Square.

Alan M. Askinas M.D., FACOG
Dr. Askinas completed his undergraduate training at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine, in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency at Tulane University, Charity Hospital, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Askinas is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania for Medical Students and Residents. His special areas of expertise include Obstetrics, Gynecology, Gynecologic Surgery, Laparoscopy and Infertility. Dr. Askinas was also selected as a 2007 Top Doc by Main Line Magazine. Dr. Askinas practices in West Chester and Kennett Square.

William Robert Atkins, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Atkins completed his undergraduate training at Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Atkins is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. His special areas of expertise include PMS pelvic pain, Vaginal Surgery, and Urogynecology. In addition to being a three time recipient of the United States Army Commendation Medal, reaching the rank of Lt. Colonel, Dr. Atkins has also been honored with the Residents Teaching Award from Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Atkins was also selected as a 2005 Top Doc by Main Line Today magazine. Dr. Atkins practices in West Chester and Kennett Square.

Cheryl Renee Bellaire, MD, FACOG
Dr. Bellaire received degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and Psychology while completing her undergraduate training at Michigan State University and Millersville University in Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree at The University of Michigan and completed her residency training at Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Bellaire is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board certified. Her special areas of interest are beauty and wellness, high risk obstetrics, menopause, women in sports, adolescent gynecology and laparoscopic surgery. She has a solo practice in Exton.

Renee M. Bender, DO, FACOOG
Dr. Bender completed her undergraduate training at Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bender is a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her special areas of expertise are Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her special areas of expertise include Obstetrics and Gynecology, with special interests in infertility, adolescent gynecology and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Bender practices at Associates for Women's Medicine, with offices in Exton, West Chester and West Grove.

Daniel Bennati, MD, CNN, FACOG
Dr. Beninati completed his undergraduate training at Colegio Nacional de Punta Alta, Punta Alta, Argentina and received his medical degree from University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine, Buenos Aires. He completed his residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr Beninati is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He became Board Certified in Clinical Nutrition in 2003. Dr. Beninati is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. His area of special interest includes combining traditional gynecology and clinical nutrition with alternative and complementary medicine designed especially for women. Dr. Beninati's practice includes treating individualized menopause management, according to your menopause type, as well as bio-identical hormone replacement with the direct cooperation and advice of a compound pharmacist. Dr. Beninati is in solo practice in Downingtown.

William F. Brazerol, MD, FACOG
Dr. Brazerol completed his undergraduate training at the Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio and received his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine, Dayton, Ohio. He completed his residency at the Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Brazerol is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His special areas of expertise are Obstetrics and Gynecology, with special interests in high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, infertility, care of perimenopausal women and urogynecology. Celeste DeBaptiste, MD, FACOG
Dr. DeBaptiste completed her undergraduate training at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency at Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA. Dr. DeBaptiste is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. DeBaptiste is in a solo practice in West Chester.

Melissa L. Delaney, DO, M.Sc., FACOOG
Dr. Delaney completed her undergraduate training at LaSalle University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received a Master of Science Degree for clinical research in OB/GYN and her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathy, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she also completed her residency. Dr. Delaney is a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathy and is Board Certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her special areas of interest are obstetrics, gynecology, and the management of myomas and menorrhagia. Dr. Delaney was also selected as a 2007 Top Doc by Main Line Magazine. Christina E. Ellis, MD, FACOG, Department Chair, Obstetrics and Gynecology Section
Dr. Ellis completed her undergraduate education at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and earned her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has received the Resident Teaching Award from Pennsylvania Hospital Dept. of OB/GYN. Her special areas of expertise are Obstetrics and Gynecology, with special interests in laparoscopic surgery, medical and surgical management of uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts and endometriosis and in the care of perimenopausal women. Dr. Ellis practices at Associates for Women's Medicine, with offices in Exton, West Chester and West Grove.

Robert M. Friedman, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Friedman completed his undergraduate training at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College, New York, New York. He completed his residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Friedman is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. His special areas of expertise include General Obstetrics, Laparoscopic Surgery and Cervical Colposcopy. Dr. Friedman's academic awards include the Thomas R. Boggs Award, for clinical excellence during Internship in Neonatal Intensive Care, Pennsylvania Hospital; The Spingold Scholar Award, Cornell University; The Teagle Scholar Award, Cornell University and the Graduate of Distinction Award, Cornell University. Dr. Friedman practices in West Chester, Downingtown and Lionville.

Corozon Gemil, MD, FACOG
Dr. Gemil received the degree of Doctor of Medicine, Cum Laude from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She completed her internship at Chester County Hospital and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia. She is Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She holds a licensure in Medical Acupuncture. Dr. Gemil was a former Chief of the Medical Staff of Chester County Hospital and was a Board member of the Chester County Board of Health. She has been a recipient of Women of Achievement Award on health issues given by the March of Dimes. Her special areas of expertise are General Gynecology with emphasis on surgery, minimally invasive procedures, vaginal repair, integrative medicine, including acupuncture. Dr. Gemil practices at Associates for Women's Medicine with offices in Exton and West Chester.

Morrie G. Gold, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Gold completed his undergraduate training at the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York and his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, New York. He completed a residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gold is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He practices at the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Chester County Medical Society, and the Philadelphia Obstetrical Society. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. He has received the Resident Teaching Award from Pennsylvania Hospital. His areas of special expertise include Gynecologic Care, Menopause, Minimally Invasive Surgery, and Endoscopic Surgery. Dianne DeMichiel Hotmer, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Hotmer has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biology from West Chester University. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and completed her residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania also in Philadelphia. Dr. Hotmer is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She also is Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Her special areas of interest are urogynecology, menopause management and high-risk obstetrics. Dr. Hotmer practices at in West Chester, Downingtown and Lionville.

Pamela Henrich Kurey M.D., FACOG
Dr. Kurey completed her undergraduate training in biology and fine arts at Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania and received her Master's of Science in Anatomy and medical degree from Hahnemann University Medical School, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at Lankenau Hospital, Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kurey is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kurey is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and in 2001, was named Top Doc of the Main Line. Her special areas of interests are High-Risk Obstetrics, Laparoscopy, and Adolescent Gynecology. Dr. Kurey practices in West Chester and Kennett Square.

Richard J. Mansfield, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Mansfield completed his undergraduate training at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. He completed his residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology at the University of Maryland, in Baltimore. Dr. Mansfield is a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania and has special expertise in High-Risk Pregnancy, Infertility, Advanced Operative Laparoscopy and Urogynecology. Dr. Mansfield practices in West Chester, Dowingtown and Lionville.

Eduardo Mercurio, MD, Jr, FACOG
Dr. Mercurio completed his undergraduate training at Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts. He received his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. He completed his residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, Pennsylvania. Dr. Mercurio is a Junior Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is Board Eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His special areas of interest are Obstetrics and Gynecology, minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery and treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Lydia G. Slavish, M.D., FACOG
