Cardiac Support Group
Open to all cardiac patients and their families, this program includes presentations by healthcare professionals, followed by networking and discussion on issues that are of personal interest to those with heart disease. Sponsored by The Chester County Hospital Zipper Club, a volunteer organization.
No meetings to be held in July and August.
