Staying on Track - Intensive Management
This program is specifically designed for individuals who completed the Intensive Management classes. We will discuss blood glucose patterns, medications, including insulin injections or pump therapy, diabetes standards of care, as well as meal planning and carbohydrate counting. Group sessions or individual appointments are available.
