Two recent grants will help the Ob/Gyn Clinic continue to achieve excellent outcomes for its patients and their newborns. United Way of Chester County recently renewed its funding commitment with a $30,000 grant for 2010 to support the Clinic's compassionate, bilingual prenatal medical care, childbirth education and social work services. This award is especially significant -- United Way had $600,000 less to allocate to agencies this year and the majority of United Way's partner agencies received reduced grant commitments.
The Clinic also received a $4,000 award from the Irene Cunningham Trust, a new funding partner for the Hospital and Clinic.
These grants will help the Clinic continue to clear a path to essential healthcare services for pregnant women in need and their babies.
