The Occupational Health Center provides physical examinations in accordance with regulations of The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Highway Administration (Title 49 CFR Part 391).

  • Comprehensive Physical Examination

Following the completion of the DOT physical examination for a new hire or existing employee, employers will receive a copy of the DOT medical certificate as required by DOT regulations.

The Occupational Health Center works closely with companies to learn as much as possible about each job description. This enables us to integrate medical information with job information and make the best possible recommendations.
