Dr. Solanet has served the Kennett Square area as a primary care physician for over fourteen years. Originally from Argentina, Dr. Solanet earned his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He then completed a fellowship at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. His areas of interest include rheumatology and treating chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Solanet is devoted to providing culturally sensitive care to the underserved and Latino community. Together with his wife, he has raised 10 children and enjoys spending time with his 21 grandchildren.

Dr. Solanet is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Dr. Sandra Mancilla joined Kennett Primary Care in 2007 where she treats a diverse patient population, including the medically underserved. A native of Mexico, Dr. Mancilla received her medical training from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and went on to do her internship and residency at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington, DE. Dr. Mancilla is highly committed to increasing preventive care awareness, particularly among women and children. She devotes her time and expertise to community health initiatives such as free diabetic screenings and physical exams for teens. When not working, Dr. Mancilla enjoys spending time with her husband (also a physician) and two young children.

Dr. Mancilla is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Practitioners. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
