Heart Tracks : Cardiovascular Screening

Recognizing that heart disease often goes undiagnosed in many populations, The CardioVascular Center, in concert with health and wellness programming found at The Chester County Hospital, has developed a comprehensive education and prevention initiative called Heart Tracks.

This screening involves getting all the important numbers you need to complete our Heart Tracks On-Line Cardiac Risk Assessment. Screenings include total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, glucose, blood pressure, and BMI. With these values you will be able to complete our assessment on site, or in the comfort of your home at your leisure. From there you will have a good understanding of your risk for heart disease and what steps you may need to take next to reduce your risk. Cardiac health professionals will be onsite to answer questions and provide important lifestyle information.
